Title: Fix the Refinery

The refinery west of A31 on the current map...

If you spawn a PT boat to it, you end up driving underwater, since the terrain (water) goes uphill to the refinery!

Any way to fix it?

You mean theres a water tile thats not at 0 altitude?

Skuzzy will have to fix that in the map (ie next time the terrain gets updated/reworked)

Best you shoot him an email which map and where.. hell take care of it.
