I was just wondering what will happen if you take a countrys HQ over I have noticed the base with the star. If you take that what will hapen to the game? Im not trying to be a maroon here I was just wondering?

You can't capture a HQ, but you can destroy it with a large bombing raid.  Once this happens that country loses their radar.  Someone else is going to have to come in with the technical details (how many bombs, etc.) but that is the basic gist.
