"Warping" can be caused by alot of things.  I'm assuming you mean only the other planes "warp",  your screen isnt locking up?

First thing, why assume its your connection?  Do you lose UDP?  Get disco'd?  If so, run a pingplot or route trace and see where your problem is in your route.  Then Skuzzy can contact the offending owners and try to get some resolution for you.

If you arent experiencing these problems, its more likely an issue with hardware or drivers.  Inw which case you should post a copy of your Direct X diagnostic report.

Seems like that pingplot tells the whole story pretty clearly... There are some really whacky results in there.

You should contact your ISP and have them run diagnostics . The 6th hop in alltel's network needs some attention .
