Ok, I'm back home taking a break from one of the most stupid holidays.
Ive been all around town looking for the kind of flower my girlfriend likes, and its the most diddlying uncommon plant on the face of the universe. Not to mention I waiting for the last moment to buy the thing makes it even worse. Ive been to like 10 flower shops and none has it, and those who had SOME left, were all ugly or not enough.
So she will have to do with roses for now.
After that is a trip to the mall with my best friend who will help me pick a gift (she is a woman too) and I will help her pick a gift for her boyfriend. This may sound easy, but a trip to the mall with my best friend usually ends up with nothing important done, only we walkin around the mall and me trying to ignore her chit-chat, aside from the sometimes interesting gossip.
Lucky enough this year I have planty of money to burn on a gift (unlike last year wich was a mess) so I will probably go with something fancy like a watch.
At night I will cook dinner in my fathers apartment, wich I consider more romantic and inexpensive. Except for the wine. She KNOWS about wine so I cant trick her with the cheap stuff. After all the hassle, the only reward will probably be good sex. hehe.
St. Valentine's day was probably invented by a woman. They get 75% of the benefit.

You can get a bottle of a nice Margot for $65 to $140.
I suggest you buy one for about $120 in any decent wine store and save yourself hours of mall - running. If she likes wines, you can't go wrong with that and she will be very impressed.

So I take it you are not going to take this special day to tell your girlfriend about your relations with StSanta's joystick?

You are welcome. If a girlfrend is for keeps, it is always safer to overspend... Watch is a good choice - every time when she looks at it she may remember that you bought it.
Of course I would never dare to buy anything wearable to my wife - we never agree on a single thing when it comes to clothes. Luckily, I don't care what I wear as long as it's comfortable, so I just let her dress us both. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Then dont get her wine! Go with something exotic like pina colada or sake... and do something out of the ordinary for the whole night.

Explains our ridiculous concept of love, and why we have so many broken marriages.
Kill those old bastards!
Oh, they're dead.
