Hey Star.
I heard that on the west side of Maui, it never rains. Almost never. But you have to be on the west side where all the rich homes are. Is that true?

I went to Maui in the middle of winter a few years ago. When it rained you walk down the beach maybe 15 seconds and its not raining. Its sunny out. If I remember right the East side is hotels and tourism. The west side is the city part. I think the Northern part is like desert. (Or South, cant remembr)
The biggest highlight was when the news down there forcasted it to be in the 50's one day. They told school children to wear hats, gloves, and sweaters. And heres my family from Buffalo which was under 7 feet of snow in shorts and nothing else in the pool. Trying to get a tan.

Send it here! -facing the worst drought in 100 years here.

The main river near me is the Delaware river. Its flood stage is 22 feet. Its currently 33+ and is expected to crest at 38.9 feet around midnight tonight. Now the water will not get me as I am to high up but I have friends who's first floor gets flooded at 30 feet.
Here is a link to see what we going through here in PA.

Me too. I'm building a dock for the living room window. It'll be a carport when the tide goes out. Good news is since the lawn mower is not a submarine and I don't have a wetsuit.. so I don't have to mow the damn lawn.

4th of July coming which up here is like 1/2 way point of summertime for us. We've had about 5 good days.

A little rain yes, but we've had so much here that the streets can't handle it, Back Bay went into Pung and floded everything, the news showed Muddy Creek road and it looked like a drainage canal.
