It would be MORE unprofessional to post whINes on the BBS instead of going to the source directly and working it out.

The irony of complaining about the customer service department you didnt bother to contact is overwhelming.....

The rules are posted at the top of the forum. Your post indicates you have a pretty good idea what they didnt like about your posts. You also see that you didnt follow the rules as written. Calling HTC "fascist" and "stalinist" pretty muchg shows you have issues with the attitudes the rules cover.
This is one of those "What exactly didnt you inderstand" moments, I think.

If the post you made in this puplic forum was anything like the outburst you've made here, then it sounds like you deserved it. We allow a lot of debate our game. We only ask that you be a gentleman when doing so. How you could possibly expect to get a happy handshake and a cookie after calling us facists and Stalinists is beyond me.
