What engine did the first Corvette have in it and what was the rated horse power.

1953 Corvette was introduced with 235cid six-cylinder engine (150hp) and two speed automatic transmission. All 300 first edition Vettes were Polo White roadsters with red interior. Vette plant located in St. Louis, Missouri.

I don't care if people look them up on the internet. It's the smart thing to do. It's just for fun. If HT complains about me posting to much stuff I'll worry about it then. I'm just playing and it looks like people are having a little fun with it. I hope so anyway.
