It would really help if we could record views using mouse view in the Film viewer.

Recording doesn't help if there's old views in place. The viewer has needed a command to "strip all views from film" -- but has lacked it for some years now.

Hey madman,

If you want to record mouse views, you'll have to do it within the game and not the film viewer.  I almost never use the film viewer to capture video clips.  Since I do it that way, you'll need actors that are willing to help you redo the same scenes many times for each shot until you get want you want.
