Well not really, but I had to laugh when I saw this cartoon depicting Bush and North Korea's Kim Jong Il.

You have to have watched the England v. Portugal game last Saturday and the Wayne Rooney sending off to appreciate it.

that is Kim Jong Il

check out the flakey hairdoo.... Kim Il Sung had the old man part on the side of the hair... every hair neatly groomed...

Does this mean that North Korea will get red carded and have to sit out the rest of the match and the next one (with potentially being banned longer?)
