Its called a toilet SOB.  You can buy one at virtually any Builder's Square across the U.S.  They go in what is called a "Bathroom".  They are called that because there is usually some kind of bathing facility in them (A "Shower" and/or "Bathtub").  The bathing facilities are provided in order to actually clean the filth off of your body once in a while.  The toilet serves as a target for most bodily excretions.
