Really did enjoy that fight last night. to you 4 and good work on knocking me and my wingie down. Fight started at 28k I think...worked down to about 18 before it was done.

Thanks again and look forward to doing that again soon I hope.

That was fun indeed. It really amazed me how at start of around 28k, the Ta152 was easily overpowering your DStangs, but as alt started to drop your Ponies clearly made up the gap and then eventually surpassed us.

We first saw you guys SE of A48 heading into A49. At first we thought you might be bombers so we strapped into our 152s and headed out East of 48 on WEP climb. We figured we catch you RTB and then plotted an intercept course for A57. Then we realized once you were in dot visual, you were not boxes. Then your rate of closure on radar clearly indicated a fighter of some sort. The order went out to go level at 24k. As you started to close in and finally made it into icon range, the vox chatter exploded. We each discussed our first break moves and who was going to pick the first and second bogey. 15 and 22 winged up and me and Sunking made up the second pair. I was the Ta152 that was glued to your tail most of the engagement. Nice move near the end, thank God I had a wingman. ;)

A big to a fun high-alt fight with minimal (if any) HO attempts. While most combat in the MA happens at less than 6k, it was a really treat and struggle to work a plane up that high.

Yup, that was good stuff!  

Get above 15k and you find the players looking for duels.

I'm not sure the reason this has started in my flying , but I am likeing flying higher and fighting up there better. No idea what it is. I still like the weeds and yanking and banking , but sometimes , its nice to just cruise around and find another high alt con , even if he has alt on ya , and mixing it up.

I have the film of that fight. You guys really handled those 152's up there well. Good Team work and good fun.
