Great new map Nhawk we all appreciate your hard work to make our game more enjoyable.....
However 163's enabled at all bases will mean total anarchy!!!
I'm sure it will be sorted shortly

CV82 was not owned by the correct field/port. Fixed for next rotation.

My first impressions are good. I like the vbases being able to spawn from across the water. The vbasess seem to be a catalyst for some good fights.

NEW MAP? Wow...Can't wait to get home and check it out. New Maps are a long over due item in AH...

Many of the CVs are not attached to the correct bases. This is being fixed.
Strat is not operating correctly. This is also being fixed.

i like the map and so wht if theres a few problems every new map has problems the main thing is people a reenjoying some thing different.

Has anyone else noticed a weird "dot" in water at 10,10,1 ??
I went chasing for a low con, but it just remained as a still dark dot in the water... terrain or server related? ...dunno.

Yes, there are weird "Bermuda Triangle" anomalies all over this map. 1st release jitters probably.

Nice map. :) Fairly flat, would have been a great desert map. ;)

Another big issue with the map....bomb HQ and radar will not come back up, even if you resupply HQ.
Skuzzy reset the map yesterday, but apparently the issue was not fixed as some enterprising nits or bish took advantage of it again.
Other than that, it's nice to have a new map, even it is a bit bland (needs more mountains and hills and stuff, but that's just my opinion).

After playing on the new Compello map. I find it very balancing to the MA...even the out numbered countries have found a way to take territory to keep things in check. I have noticed that it doesnt seem to allow the hoard tactic play out as well as other maps do. Duno why dont care.. just LOVE this new MAP! WTg Nhawk

I appreciate the work that went into this map but it feels like most fights are far off and take a long time to fly to. I think this map will be up for a long time before it is ever reset.

i like most of the map ... but a few things i dont like ...
the HQ'a are to easy to sneak up on , and there off balanced as per dar coverage /base placement / equality
the second is the vbase spawns are to flowing together from base to base they should be broken up "a little " , and i think they need to be distanced further from flds in some places .
besides that its a nice place

As far as HQ...i dont think i seen HQ destroyed more than 2 times total including all 3 countries together, during the entire week the map ran. This is waaayyyy waaaayy less than most maps.
As far as Vbases.. I think this is one of the reasons the Hoard doesnt bode well on this map. While the hoard is trying to bully their way through the front...the Gvers are balancing things by taking Vbases and forcing the hoard to break up and defend a little too. Very well thought out. Its so refreshing to see a map that has an inherent ability to balance things a bit. Hell it works better than the ENY limiter for sure.

This is exactly what is balancing game play regardless of numbers. This is by FAR...the best map i have ever played on.

In my opinion...
If you even know what a HQ is or worse... where they are... Then you probly have no idea of what is a good map for furballers.
This map is every bit as bad or worse than Pizza map was for field placement without the interesting features Pizza had.

It's too bad that we are getting new maps where the makers are not learning the lessons of the few good maps we have.
Closer bases or Fighter Town and lots of CVs. The last thing we need is another boring map in rotation.:rolleyes:

I've enjoyed the back and forth nature of the new map. The strings of Vbases are fun and I think it encourages more teamwork between gv's and AC.
