Say, what happened to the thread I started regarding the editorial about the decline of rape in the US?  Is that too 'yucky' a subject or something?  What about it was so bad that it merited a deletion instead of a lock?

I understand that this message board is here by the grace of HTC, but if my post was sooooooo bad for some reason, I'd like to know why so I can avoid breaking the rules again.

most violent crime has been going down for about 8 years or more now.

I think that the second amendment supporters would point to the CC laws and increased gun ownership by women (women are the fastest growing new gun owner group) as being the cause and the repeal of the tyranical and unconstitutional rule of the democrats as the reason.

It does seem a lot more likley than your theory that increased porn sales and distribution and the availability of abortion on demand are the reasons.

sane men don't rape.  

the availability of porn and abortion do not make insane men sane.

The threat of being shot does make insane men less impulsive.
