Mirage F1 probably, armee de l'air in Chad or something or maybe South African Air Force. My favourite part is where the pilot casually picks up his map and reviews it while flying at nought feet.

Check this Harrier pass (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAePIjvNPdI)

Anyone know the story of this harrier crash (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GxoSEYZKRtM)
Looks like it was a nice day for a swim. Sadly he took his $40 million dollar jet in too

the original video in this post was posted maybe a year ago and IIRC it was french pilots. there may be another version or somethingh, but look for something along the lines of "french go low" for the name of the video, i think there was more detail about the video posted before.

The more I look at it the more I think they must be SAAF. The toned down markings and the uniform of the Puma crewman and the camouflage colours of the Puma in one shot make me think it's SAAF.
As for the Harrier, a quick google turns up the story that it was in Lowestoft in England and the pilot closed the throttle instead of the nozzle control with the result seen. The total lack of concern of the kids is notable.

I disagree CPXXX, it's the FAF (Armee de l'air). It's part of the "altitude" series, Altitude 1, 2 3 ...
More F1s (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUlk7E1Rcyo&search=armee)
Pumas (already posted some months ago) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=417vK55FFeM&search=armee)
SA Mirages have grab/tan camos IIRC.
