Title: Resupply

I thought the last patch was going to fix resuppling bases.  When I drop supplies on a city or radar, ammo, etc. base nothing changes. No points and the percentage of the base doesn't change.
When I resupply with a GV it seems to work okay.

Make sure you're above 800 feet when dropping those field supplies.

I was. Does this mean you have been successful resuppling by air?

Multiple times, I prefer landing but yes, 800 feet above the base.  Judging by the fact that you are being able to resupply them by GV is a little weird.  I know they used to have to be 100% down (maybe that was just HQ) before you could resupply, but i'm not sure.
