Hey, i was just wondering if anyone would be interested in a JG54? It has a rather wide range of aircraft, including Me-109 E, F, G2, FW-190 A5, and A8. Im not creating it right now (Unless theres a huge demand), maybe in a month or three. But, its got some BEUTIFUL skins that have already been done, and i really enjoy them. I figured why not make a whole squad? The skins are all already done! So, if anyone is interested, please say so!

Also, they only seem to fly 190s... i was hoping to create/join a 109 & 190.

Well, i had JG54 specifically in mind. That squad DID fly both the 190 and the 109.

I keep having to wean myself from my German infatuation, I end up too tempted to reverse the trip my great-grandparents took after WWI (or my great-great-grandparents on the other side in the 1860s...) :)
A good dose of P-38s and P-51s (along with remembering how I never got along with any of our German exchange students in High School) usually does the trick.

Here's what ya do Reynolds if you want to be a LW guy. I checked. There doesn't appear to be a JG53 "Pik As" yet in AH. And don't take all of JG53 but decide on I/JG53, II/JG53, III/JG53 etc.
Start that squad.
Go here and get Volume 1, 2 and 3 of the JG53 Histories. Pricy but a ton of info and pictures.

Then bury your guys in the history and start learning to do JG53 skins. Next thing ya know, you've got the total AH package :)

JB Squad flys German Iron only. 190's , 109's. I thinnk they have a german squad they represent as well.
See JB42 in the MA for info. They are americans so no worry with the language.

I chose 54 becuase the skins are already done, and they are beutiful at that. And making skins is far beyond my abilities right now. Particularly the G2. I am specifically looking at I./JG54. I cannot afford any books, so those are out, but if there are any FREE sites with information on 53, i shall look into it. Im really looking more for a squadron whose skins i really enjoy.

Reynolds, I'm not accusing you of anything, and I'm not saying you can't handle this sort of stuff, but you are (as I recall) young. Youth and a study of anything related to Nazi Germany can be a bad mix for some people. Again, not saying it definately will be for you.
It is dangerous, or, playing with fire, because Hitler and company specifically crafted their "empire" to play with, and infatuate people's minds. They succeeded on a "grand" scale. Symetry (sp?), bright, contrasting colors, power, an appeal to nationalism, an appeal to pride. They were masters of turning mens' souls. And that power did not die with its architects.
Watch Apt Pupil. It is not that far off from the reality of what can happen. That's where the "you play with fire" line comes from, anyway.

Oh, okay. I prefer to draw a line between the men of Germany who fought, and those who orchestrated. There is a very fine line between most personell, and those of the Whermacht. A lot of Germans didnt beleive in the Third Reich's motivations, expecially twoards the end, but fought specifically because they had no choice, and they wanted to protect their families. Dont worry. I hate Hitler for what he did to Germany's image. The Wheremacht is the scourge of the earth.

Try growing up 50% German (and Swiss), 25% British (English and Scots-Irish), and 25% split between French, Polish, and Native American.
Ii leads to a very turbulent Gene Pool.

The Black Crosses fly only German hardware, both 109 and 190 in the fighter\attack role. As well as 88's and 110's. We speak english on the squad radio, mostly reside in the USA, and share a common heritage, and or interest in the 1925-1945 era German Avaition community's accomplishments. We are not the best sqadron in the game, I believe we are currently ranked 91. We do however, fly and fight together as a team and have loads of fun doing so. We kill more than we die and that's something considering the current plane set. We fly mostly in the MA with occasional (more often frustrating) incursions into the AvA. Like everyone else more than anything we look forward to the Combat Tour beginning.
We are Knights of course.

This is true. What the SS did was not representative of the German military's actions. They really weren't allowed to know there was a genocide, or secret agenda. The people didn't know either. I'm sure some did here and there but it was rumor here and rumor there. The Nazis controlled ALL information.
How did the people and soldierrs get "turned"? Easy. Hitler merely told his people they were being attacked by non-German peoples because their superior nature was hated. It's very much like what our leaders are doing to us here in America right now. "Mushroom clouds", "bio attack", "axis of evil", WMD", "evil-doers", "hate us for our _______ (plug in reason)". It's easy to get people who are given bogus, scary informattion to kill in the most brutal of ways for an agenda of a few powerful, rich people. It's sad. We were supposed to be trying those Nazis not emulating some of their characteristics.

I realize this is not the place for it, but you comparing MY Country, and the current actions of our country, the country my dad fought against Nazi Germany for to the actions of the Nazis.............I find highly offensive. No by God, it pisses me off to no end.
Please engage brain.
Information is a little easier to come by now than it was for anyone in the time period of WWII. You don`t have to take anyone`s word for anything now as you idid then. As a matter of fact you can get the opinion of those you are fighting. You can view every side, every idea, every twist, turn and thought. The fine folks we are fighting now wants one thing and one thing only. That being the downfall and eradication of our country and the western world in general. Most live, eat and sleep this one desire and goal for most of their lives.
We can fight the fight on foreign soil ....or can we can sit on our butts and wait for it to come to us, on our soil, as has been more than clearly demonstrated. That is the choice and the only choice we have in the matter.

The "Grünherz" fly cartoon planes, not only 109s and 190s in an obnoxious way. As well as HO in 110s. We speak obscenities on the squad radio, mostly reside in our parents basements, and share a common hard on, and or interest in tranny pron. We are the best sqwadron in the game, I believe we are currently rank. We don’t however, fly and fight together as a team and squeeze out loads while doing so. We kill more than we die and that's something considering our level of intoxication. We fly mostly in the AvA with occasional (to frustrate more) incursions into the MA. Like everyone else more than anything we look forward to the Combat Tour beginning so all the RPG tards will leave.

Okay, lets clean this up please. I would rather prefer this thread NOT be closed due to tranny porn. Also, i do NOT have an unhealthy obsesion with the Luftwaffe. I DO have an unhealthy pbsesion with the Military in general. Um, the Black Crosses DO look nice, im just looking for a more strict squad, with fixed aircraft and fixed skins. But i WILL check you out. Im currently in a squad, and i doubt ill leave, but im looking around just to see what else is there.
