Theres a bridge here in town that seems to get shut down semi often because some folks want to own part of it much in the same way the owner of that loader did.

Hope the driver was wearing his seatbelt. That was a lot of energy being released. How could he not have known what his height was when he had to have it for his permit? Looks like he caught about 6 inches of it before the boom raised.

I was driving across that bridge when it happened.

It startled me so much, I dropped my foot long BMT from Subway, and my 44 oz coke went into the dashboard, getting the chips soaked.  But the folks I was talking to on the cell got a kick out of it.

Somebody owes me $8.95! :mad:
