This has been discussed by our squad for over a week or so. We are trying to expand our numbers and make new friends but that is not the sole reason.
We have stuck it out through the 9 weeks or so we had in the bucket. This decision was not made solely on the events of the last few days but they did bring it to a head.
Yesterday (monday) jv44 logged on me and bradys5 and I took v 11 then (rest of JV44)defended it and then took 12 with help, then we took 38 and then i deacked 39 while my squaddies covered. We got it with help.
However getting some help is rare for us while flying knights. I've watched time and time again as the furball developes around a useless base while our main land is rolled up. The grass may not be greener but our squad decideds by committee so rooks it is.
I need a change as well. I've flown knights for 6 tours and have enjoyed flying with most of yas. Might be burn out setting in for me but am waiting for 1.08. Hopefully this change will help stem the tide.
