This can have a multitude of reasons. To help, we need more info about your hardware, system and drivers. It would be best if you posted the first third of a dxdiag here:
Here are the steps to do this:
1) Go to "Start" from the Windows desktop
2) Select "Run" from the pop up menu
3) In the Run dialog box, type DXDIAG and press
4) After a few seconds the DXDIAG utility will be ready (the progress indicator in the lower left corner will disappear).
5) Run the video and sound diagnostics (Select the Display and Sound tabs to do this).
6) Press the "Save All Information" button
7) This will save the DXDIAG data to a txt file of your choice
8) Open the file and copy paste the first part (system and devices info) into this thread

Just for the record, I was having major problems with the DHZer0point drivers for Nforce 8443 where it was locking up the PC and also CTD with that stupid error if I stayed in the tower for a while.
The driver version corresponded to Forceware 84.43. I updated to 84.66 (DHZer0point 8466) and haven't had any problems.
Skuzzy has stated before that he only recommends the 61.77 NVidia drivers, and I had a lot of problems with most of the 7x and 8x drivers.
ANyways, you can get all flavors of drivers at http://www.driverheavendownloads.net/

we "cant" help without Your 1st part of your DxDiag
You can edit out your pc's name in the file if your worried about personal info.
the rest of the file only has your pc's spec's ,hardware, ect.

You can also just send the dxdiag to Skuzzy via email support@hitechcreations.com - but that means we are out of the loop.
Theres nothing we can say without knowing your sys specs and drivers.

I had this same problem. It was my video res. it was too large you might try to take it down a little or get a bigger video card. i dont know what kind of card you have but I know it helped me out big time so when you pul up the clip board I think it's were you select on or offline change you video setting lower there and see if that helps. It might not but its just an Idea:aok :O
