well you need someone to host your picture in the first place

try http://www.potato.com its free

browse you pc and find the pic then press 'send files'

once uploaded scroll down and copy the 'Hotlink a clickable thumbnail on a Forum or Message Board' option and paste it into your post on this board

goldelks fixed it for you

it's not really difficult to post images in forums.  just type (without the asterisks) [*img*] then paste the url of the pic you're trying to post then type [*/*img*]

and hit the reply button.  On AH you can click the "img" button which brings up a window where you can paste the url of the image that you're trying to show and it does the coding for you.

As a courtesy try not to post images that are extremely large because dial up users will have to sit still for minutes on end to view them.  

It's always best to post clickable thumbnails in my opinion
