why?




there seems to be a lot of conflicting testimony. if he was seeing ehre and the played ride the pony the he left there would be the dna stuff...

not knowing anything of the case i don't knwo how to take these statements.

Why? Because the little scumbag beat the Hell out of her more than once. Everyone around here knows he's the one that killed her. I knew her, I knew what a lowlife he was, and I knew her mother. Trust me when I say her mother is incapable of a lie. She was my senior English teacher, and in fact her last class of seniors inlcuded my daughter. He's a liar, a scum bag, an abuser of women, and no doubt a murderer.

ahh... like I said I know nothing about the case.

the article didn't say anything about actual cases of previous abuse, though it alluded to it.

truly sorry to hear about the loss of someone you knew

I hope justice is served.

It's getting better. Supposedly the prosecution is going to rest tomorrow. It'll be interesting to see what sort of a defense is presented for this scumbag.

After waiting 17 years for him to be arrested, and after almost FIVE YEARS of his lawyers delays, THE SOB IS FOUND GUILTY (http://www.dnj.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060804/NEWS01/60804007)!!!

We've known for 22 years he did it. Now, if the judge will give him life without parole, I'll almost be satisfied that justice was done.
