Title: B-17 Bomb?

A customer brought in a bomb to be lettered up. I have to put some wording on it and was wondering what plane would drop this bomb.

Could somebody post some ww2 ordinance so i could match it to the correct plane.

I know if i sent in a pic it would make it easier but i need a server to hold it.

It is repainted, 4 box fins, about 4' in hight and about 2 feet in diameter.

Not a mk3 demolition bomb by chance? Those are only around 16" diameter, but almost 4' in length.
