Title: Refresh button in the H2H

H2H rooms are often crowded, thus one would often have to wait a long time before a room has an open spot.
However, there is no refresh button, so you'll have to quit and relog to find a possible open spot.

My request: Add a refresh button to the H2H!

I don't think HT wants that. He's said he wants an artificial delay to keep folks from pinging the server(s) to death. Same goes for HTH, I'd imagine.

Does refreshing ping the server? Never knew that!

Would that really be so bad in the h2h? It's not that crowded at some times
