Title: Quick Commands

How about quick commands, like in BF1942, or BF2. Switch to mode 5 for commands.

Command 1= Need Assistance
Command 2= Need Supplies
Command 3= Need Goons
Command 4= Need Escort
Command 5= Need Bomber Support
Command 6= Need Ground Support
Command 7= Enemy Bomber Formations spotted
Command 8= Enemy Fighter Spotted
Command 9= Enemy CV spotted
Command 10= Enemy GV spotted

and the list goes on

This could be used by typing .Command 1. On the chat bar or up top on your screen it would say [Players name, Needs Assistance] or say .Command 9 [Players name, Enemy CV spotted] If we had an AI say it like Need Supplies over vox that would be to annoying and over abused like it is in BF1942, but with it showing up in the text bar, or on your screen somewhere this could be needy for players to team up without having to start a mission. Special feature is right when u request help a player can pop up his map and see maybe a Blue star glowing on the map to show your posistion or the current request, and other color stars to show other commands. Like Red stars for enemy spotted, Blue stars for Needing help, and gold stars for supplies, or goons.

Sometimes in the MA, or H2H world when you type for help, or yell it over vox, no one comes cuz there to busy, and theres to much typing.

i comunicate with the MA on text. this game is realy hard that way imho. anything to help comunication in this game would be nice. i am impresed with the work that AH has done with vox, but alas it is no good to me.

as for the commands, maybe a more simplistic plan could work.

.cmd1

SYSTEM: player XXXX requests help

.cmd2 XXX (you add XXX where XXX is the base number)

SYSTEM: base XXX needs supplies


there could be others i guess, but i could see players abusing the system, and flooding it with messages. there would have to be some kind of limit, base number XXX only can be mentioned 1 times every 5 minutes or something. player XXXX can only request help 1 times every 5 minutes. something like that.

i don't know if it would be worth the coad time.

Yea that would also be good idea, with the .cmd1 XXX base underattack, and the 5min tell you can reply with a command, or 3min, cuz sometimes 5min can seem like 30min.

Sound like a good way to flood the country channel with meaningless drivel. The people don't use range now when they should be.
