G. Rall is still alive, or at least he was in May when he visited in Finland talking about his experiences.

I was present at this lecture (http://scw.aviadoresvirtuales.org/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=247) in 2005 (mp3 of the talk (http://ava.sarriacity.net/ftp/archivosvarios/conferenciapeterbrill.mp3) , in spanish).
Mr. Peter Brill, not an ace (4 Yak-9 downed), but I'd have attended even with 0 kills and 12 airframes lost :D.
A (little) problem with this lecture and others I have been to, is that most of what is said you already know if you are a little interested in aviation history. Moveover, I don't know about G. Rall, but Mr. Brill declined to talk about his experiences on air combat, unfortunately (I guess the most important subject for us).
The most singular memory I have from his speech is that he said he was trained in a special unit of He-177 to bomb America, don't ask me how.
