Cool! I can't wait to start paying more than $4.25 a gallon!  /sarcasim

We are ALL to blame, liberals/conservatives, Democrat/Republicans, and the average citizen. The gas crunch hits us in the 70's and instead of learning from the past we drive gas guzzling SUVs while our policy makers spent little to no effort in the past 30 years on a real energy plan for the future.

Now, we have to get involved in events in the Middle East and Persia just to maintain our status quo.

A pathetic waste... as a country we could be entering a new period of growth, but instead we can't even get both political parties to agree on when to disagree.

i don't understand, the envrowackos have been saying we don't need any alaska oil so how can this loss of unneeded oil raise prices?

life just gets more complicated every day.

yep... doesn't make any sense... the democrats and environmentalists keep telling us that we can't drill or build refineries or nuke plants so this must all be good right?
