Gonna be there the week of the 14th. Not too sure about free time yet, but I sure want to see the Museum of flight. Is it open late in the day?

Try to see if you can get into Paul Allen's private WW2 collection.

Tours only on Friday and Saturday. I leave Thursday night.
Looks like I'm staying right around the corner from the Pike St. market. Anything else around there worth seeing?

The Pacific Science Center is pretty awesome. The aquarium's fun if you've got a kid along for the ride.

be prepared to spend a long time of the Museum of Flight, its one of the better ones anywhere.
On top of that there is a couple of guys that give open ****pit biplane rides from KBFI & are based out of the museum parking area...

Beautiful city. People kept telling me the weather was exceptional, "it usually isn't this nice", but I think they were just trying to keep me from spilling the beans to other Caifornians.
Downtown was fun, kinda like San Francisco. Great seafood, the cioppino at Elliot's was awesome.
Took that pic from the Bainbridge ferry.

Ah shoot! I missed ya. Been a busy focking week but I had today off. I left a thread for you earlier in the week about meeting today at the MOF but didn't know you came home Thursday. Oh well, catch ya next time, Midnight.

In Seatle there's a nice Japanese garden. Though I like Bellevue better, or maybe it's because I have spent more time there.
Weather is okay I guess. We have five days of summer then fall and winter.

I spent 4 years based out of Pier 36 and lived in the U District. When the sun is out Seattle is a beautiful city. The other 350 days it is raining.
