OK i screwed up Avg found a supposed  trojan. I clicked fix now IE wont run and cant log into ah.

Errors
 cannot find DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version file "WINIET.dll",error 5

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click ok to terminate application.


Funny thing is opera is working just fine.
 
I realy dont want to reformat.

Try googling for thew missind dll, download it and put it in your System folder.

AVG did the same thing to mine. I went to DLL-Files.com, and searched for the "wininet" dll. Downloaded it to my desktop, unzipped it to my windows/system folder and all is right again in my world :D
