Is there a way to print out a list of my my mapped keys?

There is no ingame feature to print your keymaps (at least no I know of). But you can get a very simple printout this way:

Go to your C:\programs\HTC\Aces High II\settings folder. Look for 6 files with the .kmp extensions (they are named "plane.kmp", "vehicle.kmp" ect). These files contain all your keymaps. Open them with Windows NotePad. You can now print each file´s content.
