This does clearly prove radiation isn't as dangerous as many have thought. People are still alive today after being near to several radioactive accidents.

'Being alive' can be a curse in disguise when you get born malformed or you get a child with fish scales for a skin.
Oh that and you have no idea how many people lost their lives in related accidents directly or indirectly. It's no coincidence that the russian word for information is 'propaganda'.
