What are the top 5 fastest planes in AH, in order? excluding ME 262.

That depends on alltitude. Some are faster on the deck, others at 15k, others start to shine at 35k.
You can look it up yourself either here (http://www.hitechcreations.com/ahhelp/models/index.html)
or even better yet is DokGonZo´s Fighter Comparison page (http://gonzoville.com/ahcharts/index.php)
and when ingame, just go to hangar and rightclick on any plane in list.

Lusche is right, it depends on what altitude range you are talking about.

Here are some suggestions for checking out speed charts onDokGonzo's Fighter Comparisons (http://gonzoville.com/ahcharts/index.php).  Tempest, La7, P51D, bf109k4, F4U4, Ta152.

You can also check the speed in the hangar.

Me163, Me262, P47N, 109k4, Tempest,P51D,Ta152,La7

Are running pretty close to be the fastest, where the max speed of the P47N is somewhere above 30k... so not eaven on the charts...
