My ONLY issue with these types of "Statistical Based studies" is that the numbers are skewed for either side of the argument.   Crimes are typically lumped into another category to favor another and vice versa.

I suppose that if I could not have firearms I would look into a sword cane and learn how to use it tho.

I agree stats are often cooked.
