Title: change weapons

it would be nice if we could go to the re-arm pad and change weapon. Such as if u take off in a P-47N w/ 2 1000lb bombs to attack some gvs and there are more than u thought there were u can just go to the re-arm pad, change weapons to 10 rkts and take off

I like, when you re-arm it is just like you were in the hangar.  You should be able to change everything except your airplane.  Change fuel load, weapons layouts, convergence, etc.

However, the more changes made, the longer the time on the pad should be.  Add 30 seconds on the ground for each change, just an idea.
