What were the only three original equipment parts on the 1963 Corvette Grand Sport.

I don't know.  Those are bad bellybutton cars though.  I got to see one run in the historics at Laguna Seca.  Great sound and it looked pretty cool lighting up the rears out of turn 11.

I'm going to say door handles, taillights, and the hardware for the vent windows.

PS  What other race car shared the engine used in the GS?

The three original equipment Corvette items on a '63 Grand Sport are the shift lever, the wipers, and the steering wheel. I've read a couple articals that said it could pull the front tires off the ground coming out of the corners. I also saw a show that said they could pull the front tires off the ground at 160mph. Bad car.
