Well i haven't watched the link but I'm pretty sure it's music video for the song "moskau"
I remember the first time that was posted here. It was a happier more retarded time in the oclub. Ah, to be young again.

"The favorite dances of todays youth are disco and beat. Which are distinctly difficult for adults, because of this move... You need to get into the right disco feeling to make it work."
LOL! That geezer is actually still alive and kicking!

West German. ;)
I wish we had such problems here in Msk :)
What surprises me is that it's an obvious parody on cold-war stereotypes about Russians, like some other their songs (Ghenghiz-Khan is this how the band is called), that we, Soviet kids in early-80s didn't understand, and some American grown-ups in mid-2000s don't understand either.
BTW, I think it's inspired by Boney-M's "Rasputin", another all-time disco hit here :) Do you guys remember Bobby Farrel dancing? :D And he's not from Moscow, he's from Jamaica!

I'm pretty sure those stereotypes existed way before the cold war started.
