I would have to say Asian woman, but only because comparisons are hard because Russian woman drivers are rare where I am.
But is race a major factor anyway?
Let’s face it, the way most woman drive you'd think they got their drivers license out of a wheaties box.

People who've been all over the world say arabians. Say they're worse then latin americans and koreans, and that's saying something.

If the bell curve is right... asians are the smartest race.
That is offset by them being the worst drivers on the planet. They can't even be taught to drive. I have tried.

Without a doubt, the most dangerous drivers in the world are the soccer moms, no matter what the race. This would be followed by the species known as Paintus Epidermis. :) These can be spotted on any major highway in the U.S. between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00AM. Distinguishing features usualy include a cell phone stuck to one ear accomapnied by a flurry of activity, behind the wheel, that includes the painting of the face......eyeliner, makeup, lipstick,etc, etc. A most dangerous animal.

back in 1987 in san jose, ca on a friday afternoon an asian women came down the on ramp for the 101 and just drove right under my trailer. the freeway was tied up for hours while they tried to get her car out. she told the chp see didnt see me. the chp guy wanted to cite her for dwa (driving while asian)

No one mentioned women in general... that changes everything. Women are about equal to asians.

There are more dangerous drivers then Russians in general: Moscow drivers, then - Moscow taxi drivers, then - shaheed-taxi drivers in Moscow.
Shaheeds are usually people from Caucasus who bought driver's lisence and went to Msk to "bomb" (work as a private taxi). They usually drive rusty Lada-classic, their favourite ride is 2106, model six, "shaha" in Moscow argot, so they are all "Shaheeds", like Moslim suicide-bombers.
90% of the traffic accidents in Msk involve this guys. They have absolutely no idea of traffic rules, and sometimes don't understand that they have to drive on the right lane, not left...

I thought the Panamanians were bad drivers until I spent a year in Korea. To be fair though I think the problem in Korea is that they build cars without graduated throttles and brakes. It's either all or nothing. At least the collision avoidance system (horn) usually works. ;)

In their culture(s) it's impossible to imagine a driving woman. Chechen woman driving a car - it's a nonsence. This guys still live in prehistoric tribal society.
In more "advanced" societies like Georgia - a woman who can drive a car will never go to Msk to be a taxi driver.
I don't mean to insult them, they are mostly nice guys, but they are simply different, and much more different from us then Russians are different from Western people.

the most dangerous driver isn't the dumbest or the one with the least skill, rather, it is the driver who chooses to be dangerous. Skill coupled with homicidal tendancies yeilds the worst of the worst. So, while asian women may be legendary for their lack of skill, I'm going with Russian women for their overwhelming will to damage, destroy and generally inflict themselves on everything in their vicinity.
Yes Pavel, your women are the the most dangerous behind a wheel, and I've driven with enough of them, in a big enough variety of environments, to confirm this.
NOTE: Driving while lighting cigarettes, applying makeup and staring menacingly at your passanger while yelling at the top of your lungs, usually while holding a cell phone (or a combination of such) doesn't help.
