is there a limit on the number of words or characters to a post, and if so, what is it?

it was actually 2000, took me hours to write, but don't worry, it's not for you;)

You can try it and if its too big, delete a few paragraphs and make a reply to the previous one, with what was left out. Do it quickly so someone doesnt post in between.
