I suppose this is politically correct now. Not sure whether to laugh, cry, or watch Delta Force with Chuck Norris about 5 times in a row.
Some wishful thinking from the brits (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/14608725/)

lol, it is so amazing what the libs will do to fool themselves.

Although I disagree with most of W's policies, this kind of stuff disappoints me.

You think the average Bush hater would rather have Cheney as President?

It's not funny.

AFAIK Cheney is pretty much runing things anyway.

It's a fiction. I see this offends you as much as some writing on a t-shirt... lol

Fiction for sure. I don't find it offensive, just idiotic.
-
Can't stand the current administration's policies, domestic or foreign, but I find this offensive and wrong on several levels.
-
Chuck Norris doesn't need a weapon.
Chuck Norris "IS" a weapon.......

DW Griffith's 1915 film, Birth of a Nation, was also fiction, and it still offends people today. Wear a Superman tee-shirt in Riyad, and I'm sure you'll be the most popular guy there.
Par for the course, though. Americans aren't really allowed to get offended these days, for any reason, unless of course its by the actions of other Americans. Any criticism, acts of hatred, or even of violence are either expected, justified or, best of all, deserved.
Can't wait until the 5th anniversary of 9/11 rolls around. As the various parades and other celebrations clog the streets of many of the world's capitals, it will become hard, if not impossible, for the more righteous, less imperfect nationalities of planet Earth to get their mid-afternoon red wine.

or look at what ray nagin of new orleans said regarding the progress of the sept 11, 2001 memorial in nyc and the bruehaha over it. not that I agree with nagin but having made the comment I would not have apologized for it were I, he.
-
s*** only a movie! lol ;)
-
The fictional assassination of a fictional president is one thing...to portray the assassination of a living president, in a wistful sort of way, is something else entirely.
The epitome of bad taste.

I wasn't offended by the callousness of the comment, but, rather, it's utter stupidity. If anybody should be apologizing, it should be Nagin's parents and school teachers for not educating him on the requisite elements of a valid analogy.

Ya gotta stop letting idiots offend ya or you're going to pretty much stay offended all of the time. ;)
-
At current approval rating levels, is a Bush-hater even more likely to be a "lib" anymore? I know lots of Republicans and Libertarians who hate the guy with a passion.
-
freedom of speech and all that.
dont go all islamic and start burning buildings and killing people over image.

I've been in law school for 2 weeks now. At this rate, my tolerance for idiocy is going to be in orbit by the end of the month.

I don't hate the guy, but his policies have made me reconsider the wisdom of having donated a supported his last run, even though we really had no choice. he has lost considerable support even amongst dyed in the wool repubs 'round here

I doubt that the average Bush hater thinks that far out. (and it isn't a big stretch to think that far out)

As someone else just said, I do not believe the average liberal has any kind of forethought, or foresight in any decision or action they do.

Not just that, but this regime would almost certainly use the subsequent "emergency" as a pretext for further erosion of constitutional rights like they did with the Patriot Act.
-
I like Cheese.
Swiss Cheese if I'm hunting with Cheney.
:D
Mac

when i think of Nagin i think of the picture of all the school buses setting in a flooded parking lot wile people were drowning because they had no transportation out of NO.

Poor taste

Just wishful thinking by liberals.
Just like the movie Dave. They love that movie. A republican president is incapacitated from a stroke while having an affair. Then he is replaced by democrat look alike, who start to put in place liberal policies.
It's a liberal wet dream.

Don't forget The West Wing. I guess that reality is too offensive for the delicate sensibilities of libs.

Oh give me a break, Than god I missed that one, I would have called them stupid for even airing scifi on the news channel. He may not be the best president we've ever had, but he darn sure isn't the worst, he's just the clean up man at the end of the line, just liek the next president will be.

Just make a movie with Ruby Bridges as an aging crack potato, and remind the elite its fiction.
