I wouldn't mind seeing a little advertising on AH. Something in the Tower or on the clipboard maybe.
I could see a CH offer or video card vender. Hey if HTC could afford just one more programmer, we might get some new features.
What does anybody else think? (I can't wait for the flames on this one.)

Actually, yes I am. Advertsing is being inserted into Video games now. I for one wouldn't mind a link to a CH offer or some such.
It's not a pop up, just a link.

yes. it is important to note that the best virtual pilots drink coke. they also frequently visit the home depot, where they can buy everything they need to build the perfect home to house CH products. don't forget your coasters and other needs from bed, bath and beyond! myself, i always look forward to the beyond part, it is the most exciting.

I'd like to see gambling incorporated into AH; net studs could put their $$ where their mouth is in the DA.
Hopelessly addicted gamblers in Vegas will bet on anything.. they could wager on all kinds of things using the AH stats to generate odds. Betting on team play too, competition ladders where the addicted gambler can wager his rent $$ on which dork can out cartoon another.
I can see corporate sponsors with Tech-Tv televised events, for all kinds of games, to be wagered on. Those slutty tech-tv chicks will be there with their scandally clad friends.
I think this would work out well for the adults, the children, which should exclude most of the better AH gamers, being too young to participate can jerk their little sticks in the MA..
I would also like to see a set up where its agreed upon that the loser of a 1vs1 gets whacked in the back of the skull with a rusty nail spiked bat.

I would be all for using real business names in the cities if it meant I got to blow up Wal-Mart and all the parking lot traffic crashes it generates. :lol
Or if I could drop my eggs on Home Depot for the poor customer service I got the last time I was in there. :lol
Or blow down the Golden Corral for the intestinal discomfort it brings every time I eat there. :lol
Yeah, it could be fun to have advertising in the game -- when I am flying a town killing mission. :D

I think you are all missing the point. What he's trying to do is say,
HEY HTC!!!!!!, Do not charge us more money, but instead increase your revenue somewhere else. The reason why we want you to have more money is to get another person on your team so that productivity can INCREASE!!!!!!! And at the same time, your pockets won't get smaller.
At least that's what I'm reading.

Could anyone actually want MORE stinking advertising to invade even further into their lives? Has brainwashing become a hobby? Don't people ever get tired of having some nitwit salesman nagging away at them every minute they are conscious?
If HTC wants to bring us some kind of purchasing deals, that would be great. Let it be through the website.
I, for one, will quit the instant I see paid advertising anywhere in this game.
