Alaskan bush pilots landing on gravel bars.  These boyz wear bigger belt buckles than I do.

That third video he used the water to slow himself down then hit the gravel, the first 2, especially the second :eek: Was like 30-40 feet maybe.

Man that is a lil to much for me, I have read about bush pilots doing some wild stuff but film really brings it home

Dunno.  These were fowarded to me in an email or I stole them from Debonair,  I can't remember which.  I'm guessing one would need their balls screwed on as tight for the takeoff as they must've been for the landing. :)

IMO supercubs should fall under the R/W category for a lot of the FARs, that or monster truck.
I'd love to see one land, taxi & T/O on the wind of a big commercial airliner (zOMG or a small one!!!11oneone:O :O :O :O :aok )
