Title: time model?

heres a quick ? for the troops. any1 know how the time modeling has been done? my interest is if im flying a plane at 100 miles an hour, will it really take an hour real time to fly 4 sectors? i believe some1 said the sectors are 25 miles across. any1? bueler? bueler?
