Holding your breath while straining can increase eye pressure, study finds

None had glaucoma; but the study, published in the September issue of Archives of Ophthalmology, found that eye pressure increased during the breath-holding done as part of the training
so none had it so far? whats the sense of this read then?

restaurant sitting at the toilett ;)

you never hold your breath when working out, i thought everyone knew that.

I just avoid that risk by not working out.

Exactly, good advice Superdud. I've always said excerise is bad. when I was younger I played sports, football, baseball, softball, basketball, I even ran. I suffered from several injuries, torn ligaments, sprains, and cuts, gashes and stitches. Now that I'm older I avoid excerise when ever possible and suprisingly I've had no injuries.
