Ah jeeze, that's rotten.  Hopefully you can sort it out.  Let me know how responsive Cyber folks are.  I'm toying with doing business with them.

anything else crashing ???

notice the 1022 ram  ... wonder if a stick my be faulty or need reinserted

open the bios and look for "quick boot" <--or something similar turn this off and let it memory check on start up ...

another thing .. How many stupid extra processes are running ??? most store bought /packaged pc's are loaded down with enough junk to gag .

I did goto bios and disabled quick boot, It didnt visually show the ram test so I dont know if there is bad memory or not but I only have 1 stick/1gig of mem so I guess if dx say I got 1022 it is saying i got 1022mb of good memory? Is there another way to comfirm weather the memory is good?
Also this PC came from cyberpower and it just has the basic ms os, I have gone in and turned some stuff off and have it down to 22 processes. But your right about store boughts gagging, I checked one at the store, it had.....55 *^&)&% processes running!
I havent done anything new to it but firefox hasnt crashed recently, I am going to try ah and see how that goes.

I bought my current PC from Cyberpower PC.  I had a dead RAM stick after one week, I returned it, and it has been spectacular ever since.

I noticed the RAM reading as did Roo.

Couple Programs to get:

A-Squared

and

EasyCleaner 2.0

ram comes in mutiplyed bits

32,64,128,256,512,1024 ,2048 , ect ....(or in a combo of these)

when you see ram at a number besides these as in your pc we see 1022 instead of 1024 ....  now this may be a read glitch or a bad chip in the ram or a weak connection in the ram slot ... there's lots of variables here .

if you start getting mysterious crashes or huge OS errors a Ram amount as seen  can point you to a "Possiable" ram problem .

as example my pc shows this

get a ram checker program an let it run, prime95 is a good one.

I had ram trouble but it was more obvious, couldnt get winxp installed without it crashing during installation... first i blamed windows for not being able to work together with my brand new hardware but then found out that the ram didnt work in the motherboard.

Okay here is what I have done. I gave up went to the first restore point I have which was on the frist boot before anything was done and reloaded firefox, isp and AH. I didnt have time to play around with it before going to bed but seems okay so far. I just got prime 95 going, its running right now its show cpu at 100% and mem use at 854 mb.
I wont have time to deal with this for a few days so I will be back at it when I can.

"nsPrintOptions__GetNativeData"

I would look at printer problems as that is a printer error if I'm not mistaken. Do you have a printer? If not go into the Hardware manager & look for red X's then report back.

You PC geeks er um I mean gurus had it nailed from the start, I was advised by support to run memtest86, I did it the easy way and just bought another stick of ram, changed the ram out, works like a champ now.
