I was in the early arena and couldn't pick a plane with ENY over 12, why is this ?

ENY limiter kicks in based on number imbalance in the arena. If your side has too many more players than the others (or one of the others), the ENY limiter will start taking away the planes with the lower ENY numbers. These are generally the better planes in the arena with the theory being the out-numbered side will now have superior aircraft to fight the numbers of the enemy. The ENY number applied is dynamic based on how much of a numerical advantage your side has.

Eny limiter is bugged... sometimes can only fly C47 LOL i think it needs a little adjustment to the new eny values.

ENY limiters is supposed to produce that effect if one side is vastly superior in numbers. In that case the horde could fly in C47 to the enemy base, bail and mass assault the field with their trusty .45s :D
