Title: if we have 3 arenas now......

we can have night back. because in every arena the night can start to a diverent time. so everyone can diside to fly in night or daytime by himself. that would be realy cool. What did you think?

Great idea!

We should have night but at night ONLY historical nightfighters and bombers used typically at night (Lanc) should be available.

No point in flying day VFR aircraft on night missions.

ya right i have a hard time aiming when the sun hits dawn. theres no way in hell i can vote to make it dark. that wold kill me.

This would be interesting.

I also think that every now and then we should start kicking up the elements a bit.

A good storm with a good bit of wind sheer could stir things right up

Xasthur has a significant point.

I know quite a few who have quit AH because the direction it was going in didn't suit them and the lack of "real" weather was one point. You can't please everyone and generally I think AH have got it about right and cater for the majority.

I really enjoyed tring the Beta one day when take of and landing had become tricky!  - I quickly realised there was a crosswind and had loads of fun just doing circuits and bumps totally ignoring the one runway that was into wind !

None the less, turning the elements on once in a while would really suit me. Perhaps a couple of days a month in a M.A. with some sort of schedule of when it's going to happen.

As for wind shear! - That would be a real killer due to the limited feedback the game will give at critical approach speeds. - Yes go for it, but with a couple of kills in the bag, getting killed on approach will not be to everyone's liking !

Great idea, if htc can put it in but take away  turning gamma  to make it same as day..................... then add  110 with 75mm   cannon. i might be wrong on cannon size but believe i'm in ballpark, I would like this option in 110 in all areans even daylight. maybe as a perk? would love to make la7 over shoot and boom ?

i'd love to see weather in AH, but i think HTC's opinion is something like, "if you wanna fly in weather, go fly a real planez..."

Night time flying is fun for about 10 mins..  after the "it's something new feeling" wares off it's more of annoyance...
