Title: My 2 cents on new format

I love the new format! I've said and thought this would be a good idea for awhile now. I may be one of the few who as soon as i saw the new format pop up that went OH YEAH !! Hopefully the guys that are crying about it right now will come to learn it's a big plus and that squads will become very successful tools if they have the leadership and planning to use this new format to their advantage. Rock on Hi Tech!!!
