I dont have any other logical reasoning for it, im just bored and have nothing better to do right now

My experience is that most people use the bulletin board just like a chat room anyhow.... What would it add other than chaos?

Save yourself a whole boatload of headaches and just agree to meet on one of the free voice/text chatrooms that are out there.
