I've never complained about AH & I'll keep donating my $15 a month to HTC no matter what the format is. Been doing this since the EGA days in GEnie Air-Warrior in the 80's.
My 2 cents.. prolly bin said dozens of times of late.
This recent 3 arena split? With the ENY thing kicking in every online moment? Definate buzz kill.
Reminds me of the Microsoft Online AirCombat "thing". You simply flew off a cliff, down into a mess of 8 or 10, furballing planes, got shotdown, start over again. Only now, in AH2 3-Arena, you gota spend 15 minutes flying to the few planes there are to go against (in a sub-standard plane) HA!
I guess the upside to this is that, in my humble opinion, the "immersive" factor is now gone. I haven't taken the time to fix so many things around the house (leaky sink, hung doors, mowed lawn, spoke to wife!, etc) in YEARS!
Now? It's easy to click the "Quit" button after a short dose of AH. Before? Impossible! Family, decaying property be damned! LOL.

I guess the thing is? With or w/o my HO Special, it sux to have to fly for hours in empty sky to get a measly 1-kill pick, vulch, or HO. (waah! u betcha..)
And, believe it or not, there are a few guys who can turn my shabby HO attempts into a 6 O'clock kill (on me),, time & again.. (SR & Balsy ur one of em)

Be honest now? (Scott, Balsy, SR,,) You like the new format? I respect ur opinions.

To say the truth, I hated it at first, but now it's grown on me. Give it some time.
