I let the anger fester, push it deep, deep down inside and drink half a bottle of vodka to seal the deal. When I wake up, I usually don't remember why I was mad in the first place:)

Anything done with focus clears my head.  Helps if it's not difficult, but not too easy either, so there is a challenge involved.  You get out of it what you put into it.:D

Those are nice clouds JB88.  I've been observing clouds a lot lately.  Thinking about doing some paintings of them.  I usually go to the Wal Mart parking lot though and just use the clouds as reference.

that is precisely what the jetty does for me.

this afternoon i went down and walked it barefoot, knowing that i had to maintain focus or i would slip.  it gets pretty slippery, but its not too terribly scary.  just something to start and stop.

whenever i start to think too much, i start to slip so it refocuses me.  by the time i am at the end...problem solved.

i made the call from there.

That's the Santa Rosa Beach bridge.  Been over that many times over the years.  Always had a good time.  Great view.

I check in to the oclub.. after a few minutes my head is completly empty.


If that fails i tickle Mia until she grins, chuckles and laughs...... abit more rewarding (unless she is asleep)
