Where does it say that? Is it written in some code that only Democrats can see?

It says:""Thanks to you we expect to have 100,000 signed petitions to finalize the

Meaning: They hope to have 100,000 petitions by the end of the day, not that they hope to have the election certified by the end of the day.

I guess I need to get some of those decoder glasses.
